About us
The Location Promotion Winterthur Region is an association with a broad basis, representing a strong region with around 190.000 inhabitants and a workforce of 78.000 people.
Members of our association are:
- 2 cities
- 20 municipalities
- 90 companies
- 14 trade associations
- Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW
The organization is funded by a public-private partnership model with the annual contributions of its 140 members, among them the City of Winterthur, the surrounding municipalities as well as numerous private companies.
