This idyllic municipality with its delightful hamlets of Hagenstal, Egghof, Kappel, Unter- Mittel- and Oberschneit and Schneitberg has ’the village out in the green’ written on its crest. Hagenbuch started off as a farming village and has since grown into a village with a population of over 1,000. Farmland and hard-working farmers are still typical of Hagenbuch, but the commercial sector with numerous small enterprises offering excellent products and services is gaining ground. The first-class local infrastructure includes public transport every half hour to and from Aadorf and Frauenfeld.
